Delivery

When you place an order with us online we will acknowledge receipt of the order immediately and also give you your own personal order reference number. As a team clothing specialist our aim at Serious Sport is to have all our items in stock and we will dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. You will also receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched for peace of mind. Please note: throughout our peak periods (Christmas / April & May / September) due to high levels of orders it may take up to 7-10 days to dispatch your order. Please note adverse weather may affect these times. However, we will advise you should there be any delay in processing your order.

Our delivery charge is £5.00 per order and we can deliver to anywhere in the UK mainland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Islands and Highlands of Scotland there is a delivery charge of £10.00 per order.

If you require an express delivery service (next day delivery) this can be arranged for an additional charge and is subject to stock availability. Please contact us on 01256 397236 directly prior to ordering to ensure this is possible.

If for any reason the items you order are not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be kept informed of the estimated delivery time for your order and given the option of a similar alternative product or the chance to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we dispatch your order in part(s) you will not be charged for any subsequent deliveries made to complete your order.

Worldwide Shipping

Serious Sport has the ability to ship sports clothing orders worldwide. It is extremely important to us that your goods arrive safely and securely. For this reason we send most of our parcels using DPD for European deliveries, and DHL for International deliveries. You will be given a personal tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. This will give you all the information needed to track your parcel at any time, making sure you know when to expect delivery. All parcels will require a signature on delivery.

The cost of shipping abroad is calculated by the volumetric size and weight of the parcel.

For example:

A box shipped to the Netherlands is approx. £25.00 delivery and takes up to 4 days from dispatch to arrival.
A box shipped to Australia is approx. £39.00 delivery and takes up to 6 days to deliver.

Please note that Serious Sport will not pay customs or import charges, so you should check with your local customs office to see if these are payable ahead of ordering. We will always state the true value of the goods on the invoice and shipping paperwork.
