As part of the Design and manufacturing team you will support the growth to become the UK’s leading provider of Bespoke match kit and teamwear.

The Role

The Junior Creative Artworker will support the design and manufacturing team using a range of skills across bespoke and stock teamwear.

The role will demand:

• Adaptation and artworking of pre-existing designs across garment sizing.
• Adaptation and artworking of new designs across garment sizing referring to visual CADs.
• Ensure files are set up correctly for print and digital ease.
• Ensure production of artwork is completed to the highest standards of design principles, brand/team consistency, technical accuracy and efficiency.
• Sample logos for use across Print, Embroidery and Sublimation.
• Vector or send logos to be vectored by external partners.
• Organize imagery for all teams to be accessible for use companywide.
• Create bespoke visuals for new and existing clubs.
• Create visuals to confirm colours and design from Kit Builder submissions.
• Submitting CADs to our factories.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The position requires:

• Educated in Graphic Design, Art, 3D Design or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Personal attributes which are vital – motivated, reliable, approachable, and hardworking.
• An enthusiastic professional approach and a love for sport.
• Previous experience using Adobe Suit or CorelDRAW.

·       An exceptional eye for detail at the highest standard.

RENUMERATION

An annual salary of £24,500 to £26,000.
