Location: Dummer Cricket Centre & Eversley Cricket Centre
Hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience (£15-£22 per hour)

Serious Cricket is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Coach to take a leading role in the delivery and development of our coaching programmes across our premier facilities at Dummer and Eversley Cricket Centres.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled coach looking for a flexible, part-time role in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of group coaching sessions, including academy programmes
- Oversee and deliver 1-to-1 coaching for junior and senior players
- Mentor and support junior coaches to ensure high coaching standards
- Contribute to the growth and development of Serious Cricket’s coaching offer
About You:
- ECB Level 2 (minimum) – Level 3 desirable
- Proven coaching experience, ideally in a leadership or head coach capacity
- Strong knowledge of player development pathways and modern coaching techniques
- Organised, enthusiastic, and confident in managing groups and coaching teams
- A positive role model with excellent communication and leadership skills
