Nathan is a qualified PE teacher and Level 2 cricket coach with extensive experience at both grassroots and performance levels. He has coached elite youth squads for Suffolk Cricket, including leading the U15 girls’ team and supporting the U18s and Ladies 1st XI. His work involved high-level training delivery, fixture management, and coordinating regional tours across the South East.
Nathan also developed a bespoke girls’ cricket programme at St Mary’s School, Cambridge, culminating in a landmark trip to Lord’s. That iconic venue became a professional home for Nathan during his four-year tenure at the MCC Cricket Academy, where he coached players aged 3 to adult in group and 1-to-1 formats. His sessions spanned term-time courses, international university visits, and specialist events—delivered alongside some of the UK’s top coaching talent.
Known for his strategic approach and ability to connect across age groups, Nathan brings energy, professionalism, and a deep love for the game to every session. Whether working with aspiring professionals or complete beginners, Nathan’s personable style ensures every player feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
