Tracking Your Order

We understand how important it is for you to stay informed about the status and location of your order. This guide will walk you through the process of tracking your order.

Step 1: Login to Your Account

In order to use our order tracking service, you will need to have created a customer account.

If you have placed your order as a guest and do not have an account, you can create one using the email address provided during the order placement.

Step 2: Access Your Orders & Bookings

Once logged in, navigate to 'Orders & Bookings' where you will find a list of all past and current orders.

Step 3: Find Your Order

Find the order you wish to track by looking for the order ID which you will find on your email order confirmation.

Step 4: Track Your Order

Click on the order you would like to track and at the top of the summary, you will see an estimated delivery date and a real-time tracking status.

Step 5: Delivery / Collection

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation from our courier with further tracking details. Please keep an eye out for these updates to stay informed about the progress of your delivery. If you are collecting from store, you will receive an email from our team confirming your order is ready for collection.
