The first step is to login into your Serious Sport account on our website and click on Orders & Bookings. This feature allows the customer to keep track of their purchases whether that be to visit our cricket centre or the purchase of an item.

Under Orders & Bookings, you will see the order you have made – select the order you would like to return.

Top Tip – rather than a return, you can cancel/amend an order before the item has been picked so you will need to make this change soon after the order is placed.

This now takes you to a page titled Return/Exchange Items.

This page allows you to decide which items to return and provide a reason before submitting your request.

After completing your request, you will be taken back to the summary of your order within your account.

The difference will be that the items will now be labelled with an orange tag saying Awaiting Return.  

There will also be a timescale for when you must return your item to us at Serious Sport.
